A specialist physiotherapist session. Do you suffer with a breathing disorder following long COVID, or with long term conditions such as asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis? Do you feel out of breath very easily? Learn about breathing pattern disorder and understand what you can do to help it. As an experienced respiratory physiotherapist and pilates instructor I will assess you, and advise on breathing or relaxation that may help you
